2026 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix

Formula 1 · Las Vegas, United States

Las Vegas Strip Circuit

Guide source-checked Oct 9, 2026

Before you plan the trip

Buy through Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix official channels and match each selected day to its exact ticketed zone. General admission, grandstand and hospitality products have different locations and access. Confirm mobile-ticket delivery, zone entry and any hospitality inclusions directly; a premium ticket does not imply paddock access.

How to reach the venue

Use the zone-specific entrance and wayfinding instructions sent by the promoter and surfaced in the F1 Las Vegas app. This guide does not claim a 2026 public shuttle, gate or hotel-pickup plan that has not been published. Build flexible walking and exit time around your actual ticketed zone.

Your trip, day by day.

Nov 17 - Nov 22 · 6 days at the destination

Recommended for this trip. International flight days are additional.

Six destination days: Tuesday arrival, Wednesday neon and an occasion dinner, Thursday through Saturday at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, then a Sunday departure after sleeping after the late race.

When to arrive

Aim to land Tuesday, November 17. Long-haul flights may require an earlier departure day, and early hotel check-in is never guaranteed. Keep Tuesday light and protect Wednesday as the only full city day.

Arrive and soften the landing

Tuesday, November 17 - recovery before the glitter

After landing

Check in near your chosen race zone

Keep this first afternoon gentle after travel. A Strip hotel puts you amid the circuit footprint but can mean pedestrian diversions and noise during race preparations; the Arts District is calmer but requires a separate journey to your ticketed entrance. International flight time is additional to this destination day.

Early evening

Northern Thai dinner at Lotus of Siam

For an arrival-night meal with character, reserve the Flamingo Road Lotus of Siam and look at its Northern Thai specialties, including crispy duck panang. The operator lists this location at 620 East Flamingo Road and publishes a reservation route. Reconfirm the November service and leave plenty of time for airport or hotel delays.

Old Vegas light, new Vegas appetite

Wednesday, November 18 - an intentional city day

Late afternoon

See the Neon Boneyard before race week

Book a timed Neon Museum admission at 770 Las Vegas Boulevard North to see restored and unrestored signs rather than trying to squeeze it around the race. The museum's 2026 calendar shows timed daytime admission on November 18; future availability and the selected entry time still need reconfirmation.

Dinner

Make Esther's Kitchen the occasion meal

Reserve Esther's Kitchen for a seasonal Italian dinner at 1131 South Main Street in the Arts District. It is a proper destination meal before the circuit days, not a rushed post-session promise. Confirm the reservation, menu and route directly, especially as road access can change during race week.

After dinner

Walk the Arts District at your own pace

Use the short walk around Main Street as a breather after dinner, then get back to your hotel early enough for Thursday. This is deliberately unscheduled city time, not a claim that any specific gallery or bar will be open during race week.

Thursday practice under the lights

Thursday, November 19 - two practice sessions

Before the circuit program

Follow your ticketed-zone directions

Use the entrance and wayfinding instructions sent for your actual ticketed zone, then leave a generous walking buffer. The promoter says zone entrances are provided by email and in the F1 Las Vegas app, so do not rely on an old map, a generic Strip address or an unpublished shuttle plan.

After the circuit program

Exit by the route issued for your zone

Follow the live wayfinding and staff direction for your zone. Pedestrian patterns, streets and pickup areas can change with the temporary circuit, so keep the rest of the evening loose and do not lock in a timed reservation across town.

Qualifying night

Friday, November 20 - final practice and qualifying

Late afternoon

Keep the day light and prepare for a long night

Rest, eat near your hotel and charge your phone before heading into the circuit. This is a night event, and the official entry directions are ticket-zone specific. A flexible pre-circuit meal beats a fragile reservation that competes with access changes.

Watch final practice and qualifying

Practice 3 is scheduled for 4:30 PM and qualifying for 8 PM local time. Stay inside the Las Vegas Strip Circuit footprint between sessions. There is no Sprint session in the official 2026 program, lovely - do not plan around one.

After qualifying

Make the exit your only appointment

Use the promoter's ticketed-zone instructions and retain a flexible return route. If you want a post-qualifying drink or snack, choose it only after you are back at your hotel rather than treating a late venue as guaranteed.

Grand Prix Saturday, no airport dash

Saturday, November 21 - the race begins at 8 PM PST

Daytime

See Bellagio's seasonal Conservatory

If your energy is good, make a short Bellagio Conservatory visit before returning to reset for the race. Bellagio publishes a Holiday display from November 14 through January 2, covering race Saturday, but installations can change and the circuit can affect Strip movement - reconfirm on the day.

Before the race

Enter through your assigned zone with a real buffer

Return to the hotel to layer up, collect what your ticket requires and follow the entry instructions issued in the app or by email. The race is late, so skip any plan that depends on a precise circuit exit time or a same-night flight.

Sleep in, then fly home

Sunday, November 22 - departure after the race-night stay

Morning

Check out without rushing the race-night recovery

Keep Sunday deliberately simple after the late race. Ask your hotel about luggage storage if your flight is later, and do not promise yourself a sightseeing sprint before the airport. A Strip hotel is convenient for the event footprint; the Arts District makes a calmer city base but needs a separate airport transfer.

Before your flight

Leave a generous airport buffer

Arrange your airport transfer after confirming your hotel pickup point and flight terminal. Race-week traffic controls and the previous night's late finish are good reasons to choose a relaxed Sunday departure rather than an early, brittle connection.

Where to stay

A city view of Las Vegas
Las Vegas · archival city photograph

Choose a Strip hotel only after matching it to your ticketed zone: it reduces ordinary walking to the circuit footprint, but temporary closures, diversions and post-session noise are part of the deal. The Arts District gives a calmer base near Esther's Kitchen and the Neon Museum, but it is not a circuit-side stay and needs a separate journey for every session. For a worthwhile premium option, compare the official Wynn Grid Club hospitality product - it is in the Grand Prix Plaza Zone with published pit-lane, grid, start/finish and Turns 1-2 views. Verify exact access, inclusions and availability directly; hospitality is not evidence of paddock access or a hotel transfer.

Getting around

Treat the ticketed zone as the transport decision. Las Vegas Grand Prix says guests receive their zone entrance and wayfinding in email and the F1 Las Vegas app, and it has not supplied this guide with a confirmed 2026 public shuttle plan. Base yourself according to the actual access instructions, use the issued walking route, and reconfirm road closures and hotel pickup rules close to race week. The Neon Museum, Arts District and airport are separate journeys from the circuit.

Before you head to the venue

The Las Vegas Strip Circuit is a temporary street circuit around Las Vegas Boulevard, Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue; the start line is at Grand Prix Plaza on Harmon and Koval. Buy only through official channels, check the exact day and zone, and keep the F1 Las Vegas app ready for mobile tickets, entrance information and wayfinding. The official promoter lists general admission, grandstand and hospitality options. Its current hospitality lineup includes Wynn Grid Club, Trackside Tavern, Skybox and Turn 3 Club; check the purchased product, as viewing areas and inclusions are product-specific.

  • All session times are Las Vegas local time, PST. Recheck Formula 1 before travel.
  • The race is Saturday night locally, even though its confirmed UTC start falls on Sunday.
  • Zone entrance and route instructions come through the promoter and F1 Las Vegas app; do not rely on old event maps.
  • Keep circuit-day evenings flexible. The late sessions make fixed post-event tables and flights a very poor tease.
  • Book the Neon Museum and restaurant reservations directly, then reconfirm their November service and access.
  • Stay Saturday night, and build an airport buffer on Sunday around your actual hotel pickup and terminal.
